In this class Mark Toal will talk about how to get the best black and white images from your black and white negatives or digital camera. Mark will discuss and show examples for using your digital camera to scan new or old black and white negatives to making adjustments to get the best black and white images straight out of your digital camera. Mark will also cover converting your camera to black and white Infrared and fine tuning your images in Lightroom and Photoshop.

One & Two Light Portraits with Elinchrom - w/ Galvin Hardcastle & Vetala Hawkins

Join Vetala and Galvin for a demonstration on the versitility of the new line of battery powered Elinchrom mono lights. They will do this by showing some simple one and then two light portrait setups. Using simple modifiers and moving up to some more dynamic tools they will show how the Elinchrom lights can be very adaptable to many different photographic scenarios. Bring your camera and some questions and let's have a collaborative learning session!
